Yearend is approaching rather quickly. This is the time to make sure that your address is updated with P.E.R. The address that is printed on your pay stub is the address we have on file. Checking your pay stub is the best way to ensure that we have your correct address. If your address is not correct please have your manager or supervisor submit a payroll change form indicating your correct address.
The fastest and most secured way to receive your 2012 W2 statement is to go to http://www.w2copy.com and click "eW2 Signup", and then follow the prompts. Your company code will be IW2023.
You must sign up every year for this free service and you must register by January 2, 2013.

Great post. I didn't know that you could get your own w-2, I thought you just had to wait for it to come in the mail. Thanks so much for sharing, I will have to look into this.
