gathered for their annual team building event.
P.E.R values the skills and talents of every employee. We encourage employers to conduct an analysis
of cost incurred from employee turnover verses costs in recognition and team
building programs. You may find some
significant savings and increase in productivity when investing in these
motivational events. Team building promotes better communication
among employees and gets employees to refocus on their career path.
Employees that are recognized for their hard work tend to be
more productive and bring their creative ideas to the front lines. Most importantly, employees that are happy
where they work exude positive energy and are highly motivated which results in
outstanding performance. Let’s face it, most employers want team players with a
